The popular fast-food chain's third-ever Live Más Live Event is kicking off at the Hollywood Palladium tonight and to celebrate, the company is fast-tracking one of its sweet new releases inspired by an all-time nostalgic favorite, the Caramel Apple Empanadas.
Heading out nationwide beginning today (Tuesday, March 3) are the new Chocolate Fudge Caramel Empanadas—the perfect sweet and salty treat to snack on should you plan to stream Live Más LIVE: A Night at The Palladium next week.

According to a press release shared with Parade, the Chocolate Fudge Caramel Empanadas are coming as the "opening act" of Taco Bell's annual Live Más Live event.
The newcomer comes as a set of two warm, crispy empanadas for about $2.99. One is filled with decadent chocolate fudge, and the other with salted caramel. Later this month, the new dessert empanadas will join Taco Bell’s Luxe Value Menu to redefine "what value looks like," but only for a limited time.

Fans who live near a Live Más Café location in Southern California, Texas, or Las Vegas can also enjoy the new treat as a sweet and creamy frozen sip. For a limited time, participating Live Más Cafés will be offering the new Sweet Empanadas & Cream Chiller, which Taco Bell said blends the two flavors of its new dessert duo into "a creamy frozen sip."
The recipe combines pieces of the Chocolate Fudge & Caramel Empanadas with a creamy vanilla ice cream base, swirls of golden caramel and Mexican chocolate syrup, per the announcement. It's then finished with a spritz of whipped cream.

For all the other new items Taco Bell has in store for this year, tune into Live Más LIVE: A Night at The Palladium, which will premiere next Tuesday, March 10, at 12 p.m. EST exclusively via Peacock. This is the first time Taco Bell's annual event will be offered as a live-to-tape special, giving fans the insider scoop on the 20+ menu updates it has in store for 2026 (well, it looks like only about 19 are a secret now).
Hosted by Grammy-nominated artist and a self-proclaimed Taco Bell fan, Vince Staples, the Mexican-inspired food joint is preparing fans for additional appearances by celebs like Ashley Park, Benson Boone, Ciara Miller, Devon Walker, DJ Pee .Wee (aka Anderson .Paak), Doja Cat, Ego Nwodim, and many more.
Leading up to its big streaming debut, Taco Bell Rewards members who opted into email notifications can unlock a one-month Peacock Select tier subscription by visiting the Taco Bell app and signing up to claim the opportunity over the next week.
