In honor of Record Store Day (RSD), this year the legendary rock artist Bruce Springsteen will be sharing two very special limited edition releases of his 2024 performance at the Sea.Hear.Now festival in Asbury Park, N.J.
The three-hour performance will be sold in limited quantities as a 5 x LP set and as a CD x 3 set. Only 6,050 copies of the LP set will be available, while even fewer copies (3,700) will be available for the CDs. This special release will also mark the first time Springsteen's 2024 Sea.Hear.Now performance has ever been available on vinyl.
The vinyl set is marked as an RSD Exclusive, meaning it will only be available for purchase in-store at indie record stores participating in RSD this year. The CD set, however, is an RSD First release, which means that it may be released to other retailers or online stores after RSD.

— CONSEQUENCE (@consequence) February 4, 2026Springsteen's 2024 Sea.Hear.Now appearance has cemented itself as one of the highlight performances of the rocker's career. As a headliner for that year's festival in Asbury Park, Springsteen performed a powerhouse setlist of 30 of his greatest hits to a crowd of over 35,000 people. Rolling Stone called the show "one of the greatest post-reunion shows in Springsteen history," highlighting the significance of Springsteen headlining a major festival in the very city he started his career performing in.
“I feel f--kin’ old tonight in a good way,” Rolling Stone recalled Springsteen saying during the performance. “I never thought I’d live to see this sight, nowhere in my lifetime. When the band was here on that little street corner, nobody was here. I didn’t know when I’d see folks in this good town again.”
The performance was truly a full-circle homecoming for Springsteen, whose ties to Asbury Park run deep. His 1973 debut album Greetings from Asbury Park, N.J. paid homage to the time he spent playing in various venues across Jersey Shore at the very beginning of his career. Springsteen would go on to honor the city during his 2024 Sea.Hear.Now show by performing three songs from the album at the start of his set in a showing of respect and love for the place where it all began for the multiple Grammy-winning musician.
Now, Springsteen's legendary performance on the beach of Asbury Park will forever be preserved in the form of two new physical releases. RSD takes place on Saturday, April 18 this year, so be sure to get to your local indie record store early to guarantee you can get your hands on a copy of this highly exclusive Springsteen release.
