How Many Times Have the Bills Made the Playoffs?

The Bills have reached the playoffs 21 times since they joined the NFL in 1970. They are riding a streak of seven consecutive seasons reaching the postseason. Buffalo had a long playoff drought from 2000-16 when they didn’t reach the playoffs at all. Buffalo has reached the AFC Championship Game seven times. Most recently, the Bills lost 32-29 to the Chiefs in the 2024 AFC Title Game.

    No. The Buffalo Bills have never won the Super Bowl. The Bills have reached the Super Bowl four times but have never won. From the 1990-93 seasons, the Bills made the Super Bowl each year but lost. They are one of two teams in NFL history that have reached the Super Bowl four times without a win. The other is the Minnesota Vikings.
