Atletico Madrid vs. Barcelona squads: Market values

Bareclona have the most valuable squad, with Tranfermarkt's October update taking their overall market valuation top approximately €1.296bn.

Altetico Madrid's squad is valued at around €696m, leaving a difference of approximately €600m, between the two Spanish giants.

The gap reflects Barcelona's collection of highly rated young players, with several members of Flick's squad valued at €100m or more, while Rojiblancos strongest individual valuations are concenrated around a smaller group of performers.

Despite the financial difference, Atletico's recent form suggests that a gap in market value will count for little when the two sides meet on Sunday, particularly with the opportunity to move to the top of the table at stake.
