The Traitors season 4 is now in full swing, with players dropping like flies as the banishments and murders commence.
Claudia Winkleman is back to oversee the latest game, picking three traitors in the traditional manner, before throwing in an additional Secret Traitor – whose identity is likely to be revealed next week.
For the first three episodes, this mystery individual has robbed the traitors of their usual smugness, as they have been allowed to dictate who is up for murder each night.
That's about to change, however, after Stephen and Rachel put themselves in harm's way to reclaim power from their reclusive silent partner, who is now due to join them in the turret for the very first time.

Age: 52
Job: Crime writer and former barrister
Location: London
The Traitors is "one of the very few" reality shows that Harriet reckons she has the skill set for, having worked as a criminal barrister and now a crime writer.
"I spend my life making up horrible ways for people to die and killing people on the page," she said.
"The idea that I might get to actually plot to kill people or to track down a murderer, but, you know, without actual blood being shed, it's the closest that I'd get to that experience in real life. So quite honestly, what's not to like?"
Stephen
Age: 32
Job: Cyber security consultant
Location: London
Stephen loves The Traitors, so much so that he has been re-watching past seasons to get into the headspace and "examine the certain things that people have done that were so normal to them but others found weird."
Judy
Age: 60
Job: Child Liaison Officer
Location: Doncaster
Judy applied for The Traitors because she thought she could do it and saw it as a "great opportunity to do it at [her] time of life".
She added: "I just think that the whole experience will be incredible, and I will never, ever experience anything like this again."
Ross
Age: 37
Job: Sales exec and personal trainer

Ellie
Age: 33
Job: Psychologist
Location: London
For Ellie, she finds The Traitors to be "so psychologically interesting" and enjoys "analysing what everyone's doing and thinking through why they're convinced that they know something, when to the viewer, they're quite clearly wrong" when watching the show.
It was from that, she knew she "had to get involved" and understand the game for herself.
Netty
Age: 42
Job: Nursery school teacher
Location: Glasgow
Netty thinks The Traitors is "one of the most amazing games" someone could play, and wanted to do something for her and to have fun.

Fiona
Age: 62
Job: Local government officer
Location: Swansea
Fiona has never applied for anything like The Traitors before, but decided to take the leap as she enjoys watching the show.
She explained: "I think it's the most authentic reality TV show, and I'm not big into reality TV. I think because it's a game which requires a lot of tact and a lot of psychological manoeuvres, it just appealed to me."
Jessie
Age: 28
Job: Hairstylist
Location: Hull
Jessie applied for The Traitors to challenge herself and allow her to meet new people.
"I know it will test me," she said. "Which is good and what I need."

Amanda was immediately drawn to the game when she first watched The Traitors and thought it was something she could win.
Having been a detective, she has done lots of interviews with criminals and victims, and is able to "put the pieces together to find the truth and see through the lies".
She added: "To be a Traitor, you have to be good at lying, have a good poker face and be a master of deflection to prevent you being identified. I’ve learned a lot about being deceptive, devious and cunning.
"On the other side of the coin, I am a good person, and I became a police officer to help people. You have to be nice and calm, even when there's a big storm around you. I’d bring all these skills into the game, whichever role I am assigned."
Hugo
Age: 51

Location: London
Hugo is admittedly "obsessed with The Traitors" and has seen every episodes across the UK, US, Australia and New Zealand formats, adding that he finds it to be "such a fascinating game".

Reece
Age: 27
Job: Sweet shop assistant
Location: Sheffield
Reece has always been competitive and signed up for the show, because how many people can say they've been on The Traitors?
"I don’t think I’ve done anything in my life which is so unique, and because I also have that competitive edge, I’m excited to see what I’m able to do," he explained.
Maz
Age: 59
Job: Civil servant
Location: Preston
Maz loves the essence of The Traitors, whether it be the missions, the conversations or the relationships made in the game, and so he applied.
"I'm 59 and I've done various things in my life, so I feel as though I've got good life experience," he added.

Job: Personal trainer
Location: Essex
Jack is a "massive fan" of The Traitors and wanted to do something that meant he'd have to step outside of his comfort zone.
Whether it's a mission or the roundtable, Jack believes you need to be "so switched on regardless of whether you're a Traitor or a Faithful".
"It just takes one slip up and you could be gone," he said. "You've got to be so locked in both physically and mentally."
