97.9 The Hill’s holiday music playlist began on Tuesday at 8 p.m. on Tuesday evening following holiday editions of “Live & Local” and “Purposefully Eccentric.” The playlist is full of local and national favorites, specifically curated in our tradition of airing “music for folks who love music.” The holiday programming will run consistently through Friday night — and it is the perfect companion for driving around taking care of last-minute shopping, working in the kitchen creating the perfect holiday spread, or listening to as you relax and settle in for the holidays with friends and loved ones. The radio station’s regular weekday shows will return on Monday, Dec. 29 with “This Morning with Aaron Keck.” And as we head into 2026, expect to hear our annual countdown of the “Top 97 Songs of 2025” and Aaron Keck’s “Top 50 Local Songs” playlist + rankings soon!
