C4 Energy is taking three of its popular energy drink flavors and giving them a new format designed to work better and faster for people who are always on the move.
Before they were energy drinks, C4 started as a pre-workout line and it has since evolved and grown to meet consumer demand for other wellness and workout-related products designed to support muscle building and recovery, endurance, hydration, and focus.
Now it's ushering in what the brand calls its "first major format innovation" since launching its energy drinks in 2018: C4 Energy Shots.
C4 Energy Shots Debut in Three Fan-Favorite Flavors
Inspired by consumers' need for fast-acting energy that's highly portable, sugar-free and available in flavors they'll "actually want to drink," C4's new energy shots have all the benefits of the original 16-ounce canned C4 Energy drinks packed into a tiny, TSA-approved two-ounce bottle.
The "modern" high-performance upgrade delivers 200 milligrams of caffeine, vitamins and minerals like B12 and potassium, and its unique energy blend (which includes performance support from CarnoSyn Beta-Alanine) in one small bottle, available in three flavors: Grape Popsicle, Hawaiian Punch Fruit Juicy Red, Frozen Bombsicle.

Since the line is free of added sugar, its recipes do use artificial sweeteners (sucralose and acesulfame potassium) to make it palatable, which are common in zero-sugar products but can cause minor stomach upset in more sensitive consumers.
The new line, like other C4 products, is also NSF Certified for Sport, meaning it's trusted by athletes and has undergone thorough, independent testing for banned substances, unsafe contaminants, and mislabeled ingredients.
Unlike its 16-ounce counterpart, the C4 Energy Shots are not carbonated.

C4's new Energy Shots are joining the Nutrabold brand's growing lineup of permanent offers, but unlike its full-size canned beverages, creatine mix, pre-workout and recovery lines, shoppers won't find these at GNC, Walmart, Target, The Vitamin Shoppe, ShopRite, Ralphs, or anywhere in-person.
From what we're told, the new lineup will be exclusive to the C4 online shop (12-pack for $29.99 or $26.99 with subscription) and Amazon (12-pack for $29.99)—at least for now. While no plans to expand the line to brick-and-mortar have been shared, should the line be successful, there's absolutely a chance we could hear of a wider release sometime in the future.
