GH’s cast dials up the fun in a brand-new behind-the-scenes promo that turns a classic game into a cute moment of Port Charles chaos as characters point the finger at each other over who shot Drew.
While the stakes are heating up onscreen, General Hospital stars had some behind-the-scenes fun in character as they passed the phone and the blame for who shot Drew to their number one suspect.
"Who doesn't love a game of telephone?" GH asked fans in a social media post that includes an adorable behind-the-scenes video of GH stars as their alter egos using a game of telephone to point the finger at who their character thinks shot Drew Cain, played by Cameron Mathison.
Mathison was first up as his character, Drew, passed the phone to the person he called the "wrongly accused love of my life", Willow Tait, played by Katey MacMullen. GH fans know that Willow is currently awaiting trial for shooting her former fiancé, even though she swears she is innocent.
Willow passed the phone to her ex-husband, Michael Corinthos, played by Rory Gibson, who she says framed her and took their kids. Michael passed the phone to his overprotective mother, Carly Spencer, played by Laura Wright, saying she will go "way too far" to protect him. General Hospital fans know he isn't lying!
Carly passed the phone to Willow's mother, Nina Reeves, played by Cynthia Watros. Nina is her long-time nemesis and recent co-conspirator. Carly still hasn't gotten over the fact that Nina begged for her help in breaking up Willow and Drew, while hiding from her the fact that she had been sleeping with Drew after he dumped Carly because of his jealousy over her bond with his brother, Jason Morgan, played by Steve Burton, and while he was falling for her daughter. Carly calls her a selfish mother who threw her own daughter under the bus to save herself.

Nina snarkily passed the phone to her "friend" Curtis Ashford, played by Donnell Turner, who chose Willow and Drew's wedding day to spill to Willow that Nina and Drew had slept together, which put the kibosh on their marriage, at least for now.
Curtis passed the phone to his wife, Dr Portia Robison Ashford, played by Brooke Kerr, because he blames her for letting Drew's blackmail destroy their marriage. Portia grinned and said she was passing the phone to the congressman, "who got what he deserved."
A smiling Cameron Mathison ended the promo by telling fans to stay tuned to GH to find out who shot Drew.
