As her General Hospital storyline wraps up, Daytime Emmy winner Erika Slezak opened up about what could come next on the long-running ABC soap, offering a subtle hint about whether fans might see her again.
In an interview with People Magazine, Slezak was asked whether she might return to General Hospital. “We’ll see, we’ll see.” The actress replied.
She also shared that executive producer, Frank Valentini encouraged her to see this as only a temporary goodbye, telling People after filming her final scene, he was heard shouting, “You'll be back. You'll be back.’”

Reflecting on her time with the series, she continued, “It was wonderful to work again in a medium I love. My experience on GH was fantastic, and I hope you continue to enjoy the show.
