Despite making appearances as her beloved character, Jan Levinson, throughout all nine seasons of The Office, actress Melora Hardin doesn't tune into the NBCsitcom.
In a March 2026 interview on Still Here Hollywood Podcast w/ Steve Kmetko, Hardin said she has never rewatched the comedy series, which had a nine-season run until 2013.
"I really don't," said Hardin during the podcast interview.
According to Hardin, she'll often be approached by fans of The Office who have a better memory of the show than she does.
"I have fans that come up to me and they have seen the show, start to finish, every season like 10 times and I'm just like, 'Wow.' And they quote lines to me and I'm always like, 'Yeah.' There's some I remember and some I'm like, I mean, I've moved on and done so many things since then," said the actress.
She also said her daughters, Rory and Piper, weren't interested in The Office.
"My younger daughter never got into it. My older daughter was never into it. And then all of her friends were watching it. So, she kind of tuned in a little just to watch it, you know. I may have seen or heard a couple episodes during that time that she was tuning into it," said Hardin during the podcast episode.
