ROCHESTER, N.Y. — A man is facing charges in connection with a shooting that happened back in June on North Goodman Street near Norton Street.
Kenneth White, 40, is accused of carrying out the shooting that wounded a 29-year-old man. Rochester Police responded to the King and Queen Cantina the night of June 29 after getting a report of shots fired.
