The Greeley Bears 10U Blue team earned back-to-back wins against Hyland Hills White, 4-1, and Arvada Bears Black, 9-1. Jaxon Warner, Sutter Bennett, Kane Kovtynovich, Oliver Tan, Brayden Murray and Trenton Sharp had goals.
The Greeley Bears 10U Gold team dropped a tight game to Arvada 10U Gold, 4-1, despite a goal by Kaleb Betz.
The Greeley 12U Blue Bears took home a 4-0 win against the Laramie Outlaws with goals by Alexander Rohnke, Brandon Lawley and Huckleberry Barreras.
Greeley 12U Gold dropped a 6-3 game against NCYH Black. Aiden McFarland and Jordan Garcia scored for Greeley.
The Greeley 14U Bears won a nail-biter against Hyland Hills 14U Grey, 2-1, with goals by Dakota Ketz and John Bailey. They improved to 3-0 on the season.
The Greeley 18U Bears won 8-0 against Hyland Hills Orange with goals by David Tregoning, Asher Koeller, Drake Gray, Matthew Chambers and Chris Hofstetter.
The Greeley Bears/GYHA is an affordable, nonprofit, recreational club for young athletes, 5 to 18 years old. It plays in the Colorado Recreational Hockey League and is an affiliate of the Colorado Amateur Hockey Association. It is also a member of USA Hockey.
