Deboer, the performance swimwear and triathlon brand trusted by Olympians and world champions, today announced the launch of Team Elite, a first-of-its-kind NIL ambassador program created exclusively for collegiate swimmers across NCAA Divisions I, II, III, and NAIA.
Applications open October 1 and will close October 15. Selected athletes will receive their official Team Elite gear packages in early November.
Empowering the Next Generation of Swimmers
Team Elite was designed to give collegiate swimmers access to high-performance gear, brand support, and a community built around authenticity and shared passion for the sport. Unlike traditional sponsorship that focuses only on the very top tier of athletes, Team Elite opens the door to a wider base of collegiate swimmers who represent the future of the sport both in and out of the pool.
“Swimming is about more than medals, it’s about community, dedication, and opportunity,” said Natalie Hinds, Global Marketing Director at Deboer. “With Team Elite, we want to celebrate athletes at all levels who are pushing themselves every day. This program is about giving them the support, gear, and platform they deserve.”
Program Highlights
NIL Opportunity: Available to NCAA, Div II, Div III, and NAIA swimmers. Gear Package: Ambassadors will receive Deboer’s newest training and competition swimwear. Community Focus: Athletes will be part of a network that emphasizes authenticity, shared experiences, and growing the sport together. ● Digital Storytelling: Ambassadors will have opportunities to create and share content that reflects their journey as student-athletes through social media.Applications
