Match referee Richie Richardson conducted disciplinary hearings at the Pakistan team hotel and heard statements from Haris Rauf and Farhan, along with their team manager, Naveed Akram Cheema.
Haris Rauf was fined 30% of his match fees for violating the ICC Code of Conduct, while Farhan received a warning for his half-century celebration.
Meanwhile, India skipper Suryakumar Yadav was also recommended a 30% fine for his comments. All three players had pleaded not guilty during the hearings. Both the BCCI and PCB are expected to appeal the match referee’s recommendations.

India Set To Take On Pakistan in Asia Cup 2025 Final
India are set to take on Pakistan in the Asia Cup 2025 final at the Dubai International Stadium on Sunday, September 28. Notably, the two arch-rivals will meet for the first time in an Asia Cup final.
