(KRON) -- A doctor in Milpitas was arrested on Wednesday for inappropriately touching a female patient, according to the Milpitas Police Department. Dr. Sanjay Agarwal, a pulmonologist, is accused of touching the patient during a consultation.
The reporting party informed Milpitas police about the incident on Sept. 16. Agarwal was arrested and booked into Santa Clara County Main Jail on Sept. 24 for sexual battery, police said. MPD believes there may be more victims.
According to his U.S. News medical page, Agarwal practices pulmonology at 995 Montague Expressway, Suite 218 in Milpitas.
