Here are the Caltrans road projects that are planned for the week beginning Sunday, September 21st to the 27th in Tuolumne and Calaveras Counties.
On Highway 4 there will be one-way traffic control from Bonanza Mine Way to Appaloosa Road for highway construction work Monday through Thursday from 7 a.m. until 5 p.m. and Friday from 7:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m.
On Highway 4 there will be one-way traffic control at 0.1 miles east of Angles Road to 0.4 miles west of Angles Road for utility work.
On Highway 4 there will be one-way traffic control from Mitchler Avenue to Big Trees Road/Tom Bell Road for median barrier work beginning Sunday through Friday from 7 p.m. until 6 a.m. More details were released here.
On Highway 12 one-way traffic control from Messing Road to West Highway 26 and Laurel Street for highway construction work will begin Wednesday through Thursday from 6:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., and on Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
On Highway 12 one-way traffic control from Whelisma Railroad Crossing to Messing Road for highway construction work on Friday from 6:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
On Highway 26 long-term, one-way traffic control from Gill Haven Drive to Rich Gulch Lane for highway construction will continue.
On Highway 26 one-way traffic control at South Fork Mokelumne River Bridge for construction work beginning Monday through Thursday 6 a.m. to 4 p.m. and Friday from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m.
On Highway 26 there will also be several areas of one-way traffic control for tree work will impact traffic including:
Pine Crest Lane to Centennial Mine Road for tree work on Monday from 9 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Upper Dorray Road to Ealey Road on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Main Street/West Point to Winton Road on Tuesday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Prindle Road to Happy Valley Road on Wednesday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m. Niderost Lane to Centennial Mine Road on Wednesday from 12:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.In Tuolumne:
On Highway 120 one-way traffic control between Groveland Creek Bridge and Elder Road in Groveland for a special event on Saturday, September 20, 2025, from 9:00 a.m. until 10:00 a.m.
On Highway 49 from Slate Point to the Pig Farm the right shoulder will be closed for tree work.
On Highway 49 is the area of Springfield Road and Melones Court one of the two lanes will be closed for tree work.
On Highway 108 in the area at the end of the chain on area and Old Strawberry Road the right shoulder will be closed for utility work.
On Highway from the 108 elev 7,000′ marker to Clarks Fork Road there will be one-way traffic control for drainage work. Monday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
On Highway 108, one-way traffic between Stoddard Springs and Jenness Park Road near Cold Springs will allow for drainage work beginning Tuesday through Thursday from 9:00 a.m. until 4:00 p.m.
