Launched in August, GreeleyCO.gov is organized around three main areas: things to do, residents and businesses. Each area is designed to support the daily needs of community members.

“Our goal was to make it easy for our residents to find information about city services, get questions answered, and know what’s happening in Greeley,” City Manager Raymond Lee said in a news release. “This new website was created to reflect how our community members search for information, and I am excited that it’s now live.”
The city used feedback from residents to design the website, aiming to provide equal access to all online services. Additionally, the new site addresses security, trust and credibility by switching to a .gov URL so that residents can feel safer when accessing services.
“We are looking beyond individual issues,” Director of Innovation and High Performance Kylie Jackson said in the release. “Our goal is to improve underlying processes and systems that lead to more positive interactions for the public and City of Greeley employees.”
Later this year, the city will launch a new utility billing portal, which the city says will make it easier for residents to manage water and sewer services. Additionally, the city will expand its customer self-service through the Greeley 311 platform, which will allow residents to report issues, request services and quickly connect with the city.
