American Pickers star Mike Wolfe and his girlfriend, Leticia Cline, were recently involved in a serious car accident—and new details have emerged about the extent of her injuries and her recovery.
On Saturday, Sept. 13, the History Channel star revealed on his Instagram Stories, “Leticia and I were involved in a car accident last evening in Columbia, TN. By the grace of God, we’re both safe and okay.”

Wolfe, 61, added, “We are both receiving excellent care and while Leticia is still in the hospital, she is expected to make a full recovery. Thank you for respecting our privacy at this time and we appreciate all of your love & prayers. God bless.”
On Sept. 14, he returned to his Instagram Stories with a photo of the totaled, old, blue vehicle involved in the crash.
“It’s been a rough nite but now there’s light at the end of the tunnel,” he wrote next to the snap showing the car's smashed front-end and windshield. “I truly believe in the power of group prayers. Thank you to all of you that have sent them to us ?.”

On Sept. 15, the Instagram account for the coffee shop Cline, 46, runs in Cave City, Ky., also posted more details about the car accident.
"On Friday afternoon, our owner, Leticia, was involved in a serious car accident. She was airlifted to Vanderbilt Hospital where she is currently receiving the very best care," the post shared. "She is expected to remain there until sometime next week. While the recovery ahead will be long, her doctors are confident she will make a full recovery."
Cline has also provided frequent updates on her Instagram Stories. Next to a photo of herself in a hospital bed with Wolfe sitting next to her in a chair, she wrote, "@mikewolfeamericanpicker right by my side."

Additionally, she detailed her injuries, writing, "Broke jaw (in a few places), broken ribs, sternum, collapsed lung and a lot of swelling in my spine. My mouth will be wired shut but I still got my brain and that’s all that matters.”
On Tuesday, Sept. 16 Cline posted a photo of herself walking the hospital hallway with Wolfe holding her hand to steady her. His face was notably bruised in the picture but otherwise, Wolfe looked unharmed. Cline's jaw, however, was severely swollen.
"Having a permanent RBF wasn't on my agenda this week but here we are, " she wrote.

Wolfe started dating Cline in 2021. Previously, he was married to Jodi Faeth for nearly nine years; they welcomed a daughter, Charlie, now 13.
