Lainey Wilson was just nominated for six Country Music Association Awards — and her reaction is priceless.
This year, Wilson tied with Megan Moroney and Ella Langley for the most nominations. Wilson is nominated for Entertainer of the Year, Female Vocalist of the Year, Single of the Year and Song of the Year (for 4x4xU), Album of the Year (for Whirlwind), and Music Video of the Year (for Somewhere Over Laredo).
On her Instagram Story Monday, Sept. 8, the country star posted an adorable video of her learning of her nominations in real-time.
As the announcer read the list of nominations for Entertainer of the Year, Wilson stood nervously as Luke Combs, Cody Johnson, Chris Stapleton, and Morgan Wallen's names were read, clapping for each one. Before the final name was read, someone off-camera went, "and Lainey Wilson" — which the announcer said almost immediately on cue.
After hearing her name, Wilson did a celebratory dance before dapping up the person off camera.

She captioned the sweet video, "Heart skipped a beat, thank you @cma ❤️?"On a second slide, she posted all six of her nominations, writing, "Six CMA nominations... y'all, I'm truly blown away and so dang grateful. Thank you ❤️"
On top of leading this year's nominations, Wilson has the potential to make history if she wins in her categories. If she wins Entertainer of the Year, she'll be the third female artist to win the award twice, following Barbara Mandrell and Taylor Swift.
Wilson could also become the third singer to win the Female Vocalist of the Year award four years in a row, after Reba McEntire and Miranda Lambert.
If Wilson wins all six awards she’s nominated for, her career total will be 15, making her the most-winning female artist in CMA Awards history. Currently, Lambert holds the records for a woman with 14.

Wilson is currently on her Whirlwind World Tour across the United States, which goes until Nov. 8.
The 59th annual CMA Awards air live on Nov. 19 at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT on ABC.
