Damascus, SANA-The Internal Security Directorate in Idleb Governorate arrested criminal Saher al-Hasan, known as “Saher al-Ni,” who is accused of committing serious offenses against innocent civilians.
Interior Ministry said in a statement on its Telegram channel that investigations and witness statements indicated al-Hasan had formerly served in Air Intelligence of Homs, and he later joined the extremist Liwa al-Quds, and took part in serious violations against civilians, including torture, abduction, systematic killings, and drug trafficking.
The ministry said al-Hasan was referred the appropriate authorities to complete the investigations and bring the criminal to justice.
