During World Championships, Olympic medalist and coach Annie Lazor joined SwimSwam’s livestream on the last day of competition in Singapore. Lazor was recently announced as the new associate head coach for the Stanford women, which will take her to Palo Alto from Gainesville.
During her time at the University of Florida, Lazor has worked with athletes such as Katie Ledecky, Bobby Finke, Bella Sims, and Emma Weyant. She now goes to a Stanford team that boasts defending NCAA Champions Lucy Bell, Caroline Bricker, and Torri Huske.
