DRIVERS on the M6 are facing delays after a rush-hour crash this morning.
The collision involved two cars and a lorry.
Both lanes of traffic through North Staffordshire are affected.
A lane was closed at around 7.40am, with traffic coming to a standstill on the southbound lane between Junction 16 and 15 at around 8.30am.
It has also led to delays of around 30 minutes in both directions.
National Highways said that they had closed Lane 3 in both directions between J16 and J15.
The collision also caused significant damage to the central reservation barrier.
