Original Blue Bloods actor Donnie Wahlberg will be in attendance for the world premiere of the beloved procedural's spinoff series Boston Blue this fall.
Paramount Global Content Distribution will stage the world premiere of Boston Blue on the eve of this year's Mipcom Cannes, the world’s largest market for television and streaming content. Wahlberg is the lead and executive producer of the series and will attend alongside Boston Blue star Sonequa Martin-Green.

Boston Blue will feature Wahlberg reprising his role as NYPD Detective Danny Reagan, who takes a position with the Boston Police Department and is paired with Detective Lena Silver (Martin-Green), the eldest daughter of a prominent law enforcement family.
As Reagan settles into his new city, he also hopes to reconnect with his son Sean (Mika Amonsen), who is beginning his own police career in Boston.
The screening will take place on October 12 at 18.00 in the Grand Auditorium of the Palais des Festivals and will be followed by a Q&A with Wahlberg and Martin-Green. Boston Blue will premiere on CBS later that week on October 17 in the U.S.
