Brad Pitt looks almost unrecognizable on the set of the Once Upon a Time in Hollywood sequel filming in Los Angeles.
The actor, who most recently sported a Y2K-era buzz cut while promoting his latest film F1, returned to the longer blonde hairdo from the original Once Upon a Time in Hollywood movie while on set Monday, July 28.
In the sequel, Pitt will reprise his role as Hollywood stunt double Cliff Booth, which earned him an Oscar for Best Supporting Actor in 2020. Pitt was spotted filming in Booth's signature look - a yellow Hawaiian shirt, blue jeans, and a toothpick hanging from his mouth.

"That DOES NOT look like Cliff Booth man, that looks like David Spade," one fan wrote alongside a photo of Spade. "why does he look like david spade...." said another.
Despite the success of the original movie, many were critical of Pitt's look for the sequel, saying production should've waited for the actor to grow his hair out rather than rely on a wig.
"this looks like a horror parody of once upon a time in Hollywood but without the fun," commented one fan. "Already feels cheap and Netflix-y with the bad wig. Brad has amazing hair, why couldn't they schedule it so his hair was grown out properly?" wrote another.
While the original movie was written and directed by Quentin Tarantino, the renowned filmmaker has handed off directorial duties to David Fincher for the sequel. It is unknown if Leonardo DiCaprio will return as Rick Dalton in the film, which is set to premiere on Netflix on a date that is yet to be announced.
Pitt previously shared his excitement to revisit the film's universe during an interview with Deadline in June.
"This is something Quentin wrote as an episode—not really a sequel, but an episode of the character from Once Upon a Time," he said. "It should be really fun. It should be good fun."
