Sidra Medicine to train 15 UCQ students in paediatric specialties
    Sidra Medicine has welcomed the first batch of undergraduate nursing students from the University of Calgary in Qatar (UCQ) for clinical placements. A total of 15 UCQ students will be working closely with the nursing teams at Sidra Medicine across paediatric specialties such as medical specialty, general surgery and neuroscience for a rotation period of 12 weeks. Judy Dawson-Jones, acting chief nursing officer at Sidra Medicine said, “This is an exciting time for Sidra Medicine as we train the next generation of healthcare professionals.
