The tragedy unfolded on Wednesday, June 4, in Bengaluru, where thousands of RCB fans had gathered to catch a glimpse of their champions. The Karnataka High Court bench led by Acting Chief Justice V. Kameswar Rao and Justice C.M. Joshi will hear the case at 2:30 PM on Thursday, June 5.

As reported by India TV, Advocate General Shashi Kiran Shetty is representing the Karnataka state, and he informed the High Court that action is already underway and a full report on the incident will be submitted soon.
Shashi Kiran Shetty told the bench, “This is not an adversarial matter. We are as concerned as any citizen of the state. We will present what has been done and are open to any suggestions.”
