The history fanatic added, "And he’s one of the most down to earth stars in country music I’ve ever met. Thank you brother."
In the featured video, Zimmerman, 25, walked off stage before spotting Wolfe and instantly walking up to give him a hug.
The two men exchanged pleasantries before Zimmerman patted Wolfe on the shoulder and hugged him again. Wolfe then took a picture of the country crooner with a female companion some speculated was his daughter, Charlie, 13.
