Mariah Carey has seemingly teased new music and that fans will be hearing it very soon. The singer used social media to get the rumor mill buzzing without giving away too much information.
Taking to Instagram, Carey shared a video of her applying lip gloss in a car as a song played in the background on the radio. The car's engine gets louder before the video goes dark, and Friday, June 6, appears.

Carey’s tease had fans flooding her comments section with excitement and hope that new music is coming. After all, Carey hasn’t dropped a new album in seven years. Her last one was Caution, which was released in 2018.

In a different social media share, Carey got into her car and immediately turned on the radio, showing her followers she was listening to It’s Like That by Mariah Carey.
