AUSTIN (KXAN) — Firefighters put out a boat fire that started Saturday night, according to a early Sunday social media post by Austin-Travis County EMS.
The fire occurred near the 5900 block of Hi Line Road, near the Colorado River and Lake Travis.
Firefighters with Lake Travis Fire Rescue responded to the marina around 10:55 p.m. According to LFTR, two boats were on fire when they arrived.
ATCEMS took two people from the scene to Dell Seton Medical Center; STAR Flight airlifted one other person. All three patients had critical injuries, according to ATCEMS.
The Travis County Fire Marshal is investigating the incident with the assistance of LTFR.
