Denver (KDVR) -- A rockslide Saturday night has closed Boulder Canyon from the base of the canyon nearly to Nederland.
The Boulder County Sheriff's Office reported the slide at 11 p.m. on X, saying it happened just below Boulder Falls. The canyon and Colorado Highway 119 is closed from the base to Hurricane Hill.
The sheriff's office said the Colorado Department of Transportation was going to the slide to assess the situation.
As of 9:30 a.m. Sunday, CDOT's traffic map is still showing the roadway closed.
