Lebanese army admits targeting Syrian positions ...Iraq

Shafaq News/ On Monday, the Lebanesearmy confirmed targeting Syrian military positions along the border.

“Lebanese areas were subjectedto shelling from Syrian territory, prompting military units to respond to thesources of fire and reinforce their deployment to maintain security,” the army stated, adding that communication with Syrianauthorities is ongoing to restore stability along the border.
