Harper has been the biggest cheerleader for their participants in their journey to work through substance abuse disorders, often going above and beyond her own job description. A variety of things can come up with people trying to work through their substance abuse disorders, but Harper has filled in the gaps for so many people, including picking them up and driving them to court, helping them make resumes, and more.
