SANTA ROSA, Calif. (KRON) -- A student was stabbed Tuesday afternoon at Elsie Allen High School in Santa Rosa, according to the Santa Rosa Police Department (SRPD). Around 2:58 p.m., SRPD received a call from police that a male student was stabbed on campus.
The student was taken to the hospital where his condition is unknown at this time, SRPD said. The motive behind the stabbing is unknown at this time.
As of 4 p.m., a male student was taken into custody. Police are still at the scene investigating at the high school.
