(KRON) -- The Alameda County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help in solving a 41-year-old homicide that occurred on Valentine's Day.
Freeway shooter arrested, ghost gun recovered: CHPThe sheriff's office said Christian Busslinger, 84, was killed in his home Feb. 14,1984 on the 2300 block of Dunn Road in Hayward.
Busslinger was last seen by friends and neighbors two days before he was killed, on the morning of Sunday, Feb. 12 at 11 a.m.
The Alameda County Sheriff's Office said its Cold Case Homicide unit is handling the case. Anyone with information is urged to call 510-667-3661. Witnesses can also leave anonymous tips at 510-667-3622.
