The foundation’s search efforts will be conducted by volunteer patrol teams, according to a press release.
Volunteers will distribute fliers and utilize a 24-hour online crisis response system to aid in tracking and sorting public tips, according to the release.
The nonprofit foundation, formerly known as the Uvalde Foundation For Kids, has provided aid in searches for missing children and teenagers, and is currently aiding efforts to locate missing Wisconsin teenager Sophia Franklin.
Police said Baltazar was last seen leaving his home near Clinton Keith and Greer Roads on foot Monday evening.
Officials described him as a 5-foot-10 male of Indian or Filipino descent weighing around 140 pounds with brown eyes, long black hair and a slender build.
Information on Baltazar should be reported to the Murrieta Police Department at 951-696-3615.
