THE desperate search for a missing teacher continues after he disappeared at a lake where a college professor’s body was found.
Joycelyn Nicole Wilson, 49, and Gary Jones vanished when they went boating this weekend, leaving their abandoned boat circling Georgia’s Lake Oconee.
Wilson, a senior math instructor at Spelman College, was found dead on the lake on Sunday morning.
The Georgia Department of Natural Resources started searching the lake for the missing pair when game wardens found the empty boat on Saturday afternoon.
Witnesses told investigators they saw two people on board earlier that day.
The relationship between Wilson and Jones, a beloved teacher and coach at Westminster Schools, is unclear.
