I feel like a genius and an idiot: for *YEARS* I have loved peanut butter sauce as an ice cream topping, but you can’t get it everywhere, and there’s basically no good take-home variety. So I get it when I can get it, and otherwise am just sad. BUT THEN LAST NIGHT I WAS LIKE DUH I CAN MAKE MY OWN AT HOME! I’ve got this powdered peanut butter protein, and you do that with some vanilla, salt, milk, and a drop of peanut butter flavoring – then you can mix in sugar if you want to sweeten – and boom. Peanut butter sauce. It was AMAZING. Why did it take me this long to realize it?!?!
