ROCHESTER, N.Y. – A man from Rochester hit an SUV with his bicycle while crossing the street in the area of Mt. Hope Avenue and Comfort Street.
Rochester Police say the bicyclist was at fault and taken to the hospital for evaluation.
No one was ticketed and police say drugs and or alcohol were not a factor.
