(KRON) -- Oakland fire crews fighting a large warehouse fire in Oakland Monday morning located a deceased individual, according to the Oakland Fire Department.
More than 40 firefighters responded to the blaze on the 10000 block of Russet Street. The fire grew to a second-alarm response by 6:01 a.m., fire officials said.
The body of a deceased individual was located by firefighters during an overhaul of the structure, OFD said. The identity of the body and the cause of death is unknown.
