CAIRO, Jan 31 (MENA) – Minister of Foreign Affairs, Emigration and Egyptian Expatriates Badr Abdelatty affirmed Egypt’s unwavering support for Lebanon.
This came during his meeting Friday with Lebanese caretaker Prime Minister Najib Mikati.
During the meeting, Abdelatty affirmed Egypt’s appreciation of relentless efforts exerted by Mikati during his tenure, as well as managing state affairs during the presidential vacuum, which lasted for more than two years.
Abdelatty said that his visit to Lebanon came to express Egypt’s full solidarity with Lebanon during these difficult circumstances.
He also underlined Egypt’s keenness on providing all the necessary support to restore security and security in Lebanon
