Bhubaneswar: As many as 29 police personnel from Odisha will receive prestigious Gallantry and Service Medals on the occasion of the 76th Republic Day, 2025 for their exceptional service and bravery.
According to an official notification issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs, a total of 942 personnel from various sectors, including police, fire, home guard & civil defense, and correctional services across the country, will be awarded Gallantry Medals, the President’s Medal for Distinguished Service (PSM), and the Medal for Meritorious Service (MSM).
Of total 942, 29 police personnel from Odisha will be receiving the awards on the Republic Day.
