Tourism Minister Olga Kefalogianni paid an inspection visit to Parnassos Ski Resort in Central Greece on Friday, a facility for which the responsibility belongs to the Hellenic Public Properties Company (ETAD).
She pointed out that the ministry has already included the modernization of the resort, to the tune of 8.7 million euros, in the Recovery and Resilience Fund’s financing program.
The minister told resort director Antonis Tourkochoritis that the ministry’s strategic goal is “the spatial and temporal expansion of tourism.”
She added that “we are upgrading both the infrastructure and the institutional framework to further support our mountain destinations.”
