(QUEEN CITY NEWS) – A former administrator at Charlotte Country Day School is being charged with 10 counts related to peeping while still employed there, police say.  According to Charlotte-Mecklenburg Police, officers were alerted by school officials Nov. 29 of suspected crimes from its assistant head of school, 58-year-old Scott Michael Waybright. On Friday, Waybright allegedly turned himself in at the CMPD headquarters.  He has been charged with:  Five counts of possessing a photographic image obtained in violation of the peeping statute   Five counts of secretly using a photographic imaging device to view another’s body or undergarments  The arrest war
