(KRON) -- A driver who was detained, questioned, searched, and handed over to police by a crowd of good Samaritans in Oakland was identified and charged on Thursday. Agusto Matias is accused of killing a teenaged girl on International Boulevard near 72nd Avenue, prosecutors said, during a triple hit-and-run crash incident. Matias, 37, was charged with felony gross vehicular manslaughter while intoxicated, leaving the scene of a fatal accident, misdemeanor hit-and-run, and driving without a license, according to the Alameda County District Attorney's Office. Investigators said Matias was drunk behind the wheel on August 19 when he ran over a mother and her daughter, 17-year-old Mard
