ENGLEWOOD, Colo. (KDVR) — An Englewood brother and sister are continuing to recover at a local hospital after a near-deadly crash on Monday. The parents of Dane and Christina Quintana said the siblings were passengers in a vehicle that crashed early Monday morning on southbound Interstate 25, near 8th Avenue. Two other teens were inside the vehicle. One of them also required medical attention. “This is a parent’s worst nightmare,” said Dana Quintana, the teens’ father. Quintana said 18-year-old Dane suffered brain trauma and faces facial reconstruction. Sixteen-year-old Christina suffered a fractured spine.
