Man suspected of kidnapping girl at Powell BART station arrested

SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- BART police arrested a man who allegedly kidnapped a teenage girl at the Powell BART station on Tuesday night, BART said. Police were notified of the kidnapping just after 8 p.m. The caller said a man "forcibly removed" the girl from the station and pulled her into a vehicle. Oakland man with peculiar to-do list arrested Surveillance video from the station corroborated police's information, showing the man forcing the girl out of the station. The victim's parents later filed a missing persons report. The San Francisco Police Department located the suspect and vehicle at about 3 a.m. The suspect was identified as 37-year-old Jamall Blue.
