(KRON) -- A man was found in Big Basin State Park on Thursday nine days after he went missing, Cal Fire said. Lukas McClish, 34, was located after people reported hearing someone calling for help. McClish was reported missing on June 15 by his family. They had not seen him since June 11. Multiple people said they heard someone yelling for help but could not find the stranded person. A Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office drone spotted McClish in the forest near Foreman Creek between Empire Grade and Big Basin Highway. "We are grateful to have taken part in the rescue of McClish with the help and support of our mutual aid partners," Cal Fire's San Mateo-Santa Cruz unit said.
