A Ukiah man was arrested on suspicion of arson after reportedly starting a fire in a field near the airport, the Ukiah Police Department reported. According to the UPD, officers responded to the 1300 block of Airport Road around 12:15 p.m. June 13 when it was reported that a grass fire had just been started in a field at 1320 Airport Road, which is along the railroad tracks and near the city of Ukiah’s Corp Yard. The fire was reported by a Ukiah Valley Fire Authority Battalion Chief whom the UPD describe as being “in the area and seeing the fire immediately after it started, then responding to put it out. Immediately upon arrival he noticed one male, later identified as Oscar Cabezas-Tafoya,
