The strong showing comes after a major year for Langley. According to Billboard‘s 2026 Songs of the Summer ranking, “Choosin’ Texas” finished at No. 1. Langley’s “Be Her” also reached No. 3 on the summer chart, giving the country singer two songs in the top three.
“Choosin’ Texas” also spent 21 weeks at No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100, including 11 straight weeks beginning July 4. During the 2026 summer tracking period, the song recorded 407 million official U.S. streams and 124,000 download sales.
After the nominations were revealed, Langley also shared the results on her Instagram Story.
