An emergency call was received at 6:55 a.m. from a concerned neighbor in the 600 block of Monica Circle who noticed smoke coming from the vents in the roof, OFD officials said. The first fire engine crew on the scene entered the home and found two people still inside, and they were quickly evacuated, according to the OFD.
